Temporary Position at Restaurant – 75%

We are now looking for an engaged temporary staff member for our restaurant during a parental leave. The restaurant is open to both the public and CTC's staff, and the role suits you who enjoy cooking, providing good service, and taking responsibility for the overall kitchen and dining experience.

About the Role

You will work alongside our chef and be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. We serve lunch to approximately 50–100 guests per day and also support the operations with coffee breaks and simpler service as needed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cooking and participating in planning and preparations with our chef
• Serving lunch and ensuring a smooth flow during lunch hours
• Ensuring that the kitchen and dining area operate well in daily work and maintain a good standard
• Handling cash and performing simpler administrative tasks, including some invoicing
• Contributing ideas and improvement suggestions in daily work

Who We Are Looking For

You are service-oriented, engaged, and thrive in a role with many contact points. You have a professional demeanor and work well socially.

We prefer that you:

• Have experience or education in kitchen and kitchen economics
• Are confident in the kitchen and used to cooking
• Are self-driven, structured, and take responsibility for the whole
• Have good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Have sufficient knowledge of Swedish to provide good service and handle simpler administrative tasks

Personal suitability will be given great importance.
